Separations require regulations. Mediation is an alternative to litigation in court. Trained mediators support both parties equally in clarifying their interests and needs fundamentally and finding creative solutions that are fair for both sides.
For example, parents agree on their stay, contacts and shared holiday periods. The regulation of economic issues can also be agreed here, in the case of maintenance and gain, division of joint property, debts, household goods or use of the formerly shared apartment.
Mediation saves costs. Divorce proceedings become more favourable if the issues in dispute have been settled in advance and in a binding manner.
