Courses for NFP beginners
Are you interested in Natural Family Planning and the symptothermal method?
In a beginners' course you will learn everything you need to know. No previous knowledge is necessary. By observing and evaluating certain body signs in the cycle, you can reliably distinguish the fertile times in the cycle from the infertile ones.
There are no special requirements: Neither a constant daily routine nor a regular cycle is required.
However, it is important to learn the rules of the method in order to use it safely. This often takes a little time and practice. In a small group, you learn how to use the method safely by observing and recording your own cycle, measuring your body temperature and observing the mucus at the cervix.
The course takes place on four dates over a period of three to four months in a small group (maximum four women* or couples) and is led by a certified Sensiplan® counsellor.

Individual cycle counselling
You have taught yourself NFP and have been practising the method for a while. Nevertheless, you still have questions, uncertainties or problems with the evaluation of your cycles? In this case we offer you an individual counselling session.
Duration: 60 minutes

Costs: 30 Euro
NFP - especially for those who want to have children
Would you like to use NFP to get pregnant? To recognise the highly fertile days in the cycle, the changes in the cervical mucus and at the cervix are particularly important. These changes give the best clues as to when the chance of pregnancy is greatest. But also by observing and evaluating the body temperature, you can tell whether ovulation is taking place at all or whether there are indications of cycle disturbances that stand in the way of your desire to have a child.
This consultation takes place over three appointments.
