    WHERE?    Applications can be submitted to pro familia (Nordkreis) or

                        Diakonisches Werk Walsrode (Südkreis).

    We need:     Proof of receipt of benefits, as well as presentation of the paid prescription               

                        or a doctor's bill from the current year are required.
